Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and generating revenue for our agency. You will work closely with our digital marketing experts to identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and close sales deals. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our agency’s services, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and website design/development.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and marketing requirements.
  4. Present and demonstrate our agency’s digital marketing solutions to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and conditions.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  7. Collaborate with our digital marketing team to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover, providing clear and comprehensive briefs for successful project execution.
  8. Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM software.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or related field.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  5. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches.
  6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
